SD/ELL student questionnaires are input via image scanning. Edits performed on the questionnaires assure that responses to each question fall within the valid range for that question. Each SD/ELL questionnaire is then matched to a student record. SD/ELL questionnaires that are not matched to a student document are cross-referenced with the corresponding administration schedule, roster of questionnaire, and student data files to correct, if necessary, the information needed to result in a match.
