Major Findings
- At grade 4, both White and Black students had higher percentages at or above Basic in 2001 as compared to 1994.
- In 2001, there were higher percentages of White students and Asian/Pacific Islander students at or above the Basic and Proficient levels than Black and Hispanic students.
