Geography Assessment

The results of the NAEP geography assessment present a broad view of what our nation's students know and can do in geography. The assessment is designed to measure students' knowledge of geography in the context of space and place, environment and society, and spatial dynamics and connections. Results of the 2014 assessment, administered to students throughout the nation at grade 8, will be available in the spring of 2015. Links to the 2010 assessment are below.
