3. Edit Reports: Overview

You can access Step 3, Edit Reports, after choosing criteria in Step 1, Select Criteria, and variables in Step 2, Select Variables. If You can also skip this step and go directly to the data tables by selecting the Build Reports tab.

In Edit Reports, you can

Using your chosen criteria, the NDE will return a separate data report for each variable you have chosen. If you have chosen two or three variables (not counting All Students), you will also see a cross-tabulated report crossing the variables. Note that the Reading Meaning Vocabulary dataset will not support cross tabulations (nor will it support achievement levels).

In addition, if your chosen criteria include more than one Measure (overall scale and/or subscales), you will see a standard table for each measure and variable combination, plus a cross-tabulated report for each Measure and all variables (when you have chosen two or three variables).
