    Sex (Membership)
    The concept describing the biological traits that distinguish the males and females of a species.

    Disability Category (IDEA)
    The disability condition that best describes a child’s impairment (e.g., the impairment that is most disabling). Code set based on the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

    DB - Deaf-Blindness
    DD - Department of Defense Dependents Schools (domestic)
    EMN - Emotional Disturbance
    HI - Hawaii
    MD - Moldova, Republic of

    OHI - Other Health Impairment
    OI - Orthopedic Impairment
    SLD - Specific Learning Disability
    SLI - Speech or Language Impairment

    LEP Status (Only)
    An indication that students are limited English proficient.

    Values:

    The age of children who are in early childhood.
