The unduplicated number of children with disabilities (IDEA) who are ages 14 through 21 and exited special education during the reporting year. The data group is submitted at the following levels: • SEA • LEA

Race/Ethnicity
The general racial category that most clearly reflects individuals’ recognition of their community or with which individuals most identify.

AM - Armenia
AS - American Samoa
BL - Black (not Hispanic)
HI - Hawaii
MISSING -
WH - White (not Hispanic)

Sex (Membership)
The concept describing the biological traits that distinguish the males and females of a species.

Values:
F - Female
M - Male

LEP Status (Both)
An indication of whether students are limited English proficient

Values:
LEP - Limited English proficient (LEP) Student
MISSING -
NLEP - Non–limited English proficient (Non–LEP) Student

Disability Category (IDEA)
The disability condition that best describes a child’s impairment (e.g., the impairment that is most disabling). Code set based on the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
