    NOTE: "Completers" includes all who completed any degree or certificate by 2009; "Noncompleters" includes those who were not enrolled in 2009 and had not completed any degree or certificate by 2009. Excludes those who had not completed a degree or certificate and were still enrolled and those who first enrolled at public less-than-2-year or private nonprofit less-than-4-year institutions. Estimates include students enrolled in Title IV eligible postsecondary institutions in the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
    1 Includes less-than-2-year, 2-year, and 4-year institutions.
