The Baccalaureate and Beyond Longitudinal Study - Weight Variables

All estimates in this report are weighted to compensate for unequal probability of selection into the B&B sample and to adjust for nonresponse. The weight variables used are WTA00 for B&B:2000/01 and WTB00 for B&B:93/94. Both are post-stratified; each represents the population of bachelor’s degree recipients for the respective academic years in the 50 US states and Puerto Rico as of 1994 and 2001, respectively.
